She might have a different sense of reality than most of us and her Spring essentials on GOOP cost more than some people’s homes but all that aside, I actually like Gwyneth Paltrow. Her new cookbook, It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great, is a recipe for success to healthier eating ( for the rich).
She starts off by giving insight as to why she switched to gluten free food, which is respectable but not practical for everyone. You don’t have to spend a million dollars to eat healthier. Some of her recipes are easy while other suggest things, like “contact local fishmonger,” umm yeah…I actually had to look that up.
I can honestly say, that I have horrible eating patterns and have no clue as to what vegans, vegetarians, or those “gluten-free” consumers look for when making food. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to knock it down because it’s not for me. If anything, I will try out one of the recipes! It’s always important to expand one’s horizons.
So, if you have time, money, and can contact your local fishmonger, then I say, do it!
